Rowland Residence - 2000 sqft Custom Mountain Retreat

Completed in 2023 the Rowland Residence is a unique custom home designed by Christian Rhodes with Summit Construction.  It is a mountain contemporary design that showcases living in the trees. The home was specifically designed to blend in with the surroundings and utilize the existing mountainous terrain as natural landscaping.
